Over the years, the farm’s footprint grew to 12 acres, integrating a diversity of cropping systems that include vegetables, flowers and herbs, mushrooms, and fruits – all grown with organic and regenerative practices – and distributed through campus outlets, including the farm's CSA, a campus grocery and food donations.
