Who we are

County Fare (countyfare.org) is a free directory of regenerative farms. Questions about these terms: hello@countyfare.org.

The short version

  • Listings come from what farms publish about themselves. We don’t inspect or certify anyone.
  • Check important details with the farm before you visit or buy.
  • Anything you arrange with a farm is between you and the farm, not us.
  • Run a listed farm? You can ask us to correct, update or remove your listing at any time.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of Montana, USA.

About County Fare

By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. How we handle personal data is covered in our Privacy Policy.

What the listings are

Listings are built from information farms publish themselves, on their own websites and in their public business listings. A listing is for information only. It is not an endorsement or recommendation by County Fare, and being listed or left out is not a judgment about a farm.

A star rating shown on a listing is the farm’s overall rating from its public business profile, not a County Fare rating.

“Regenerative” describes how a farm presents its own practices. We do not inspect or certify farms. Where a listing shows a certification, it is the one the farm states; check with the certifying body if it matters to you.

Check details with the farm

Farm details change: hours, products, prices, availability and practices. Please confirm anything important with the farm directly before you visit or buy. We work to keep listings accurate and current, but the site and its information are provided “as is”, without promises of any kind about accuracy, completeness or availability.

Your dealings with farms

Any purchase, visit, membership or other arrangement with a farm is entirely between you and the farm. County Fare is not a party to it and is not responsible for a farm’s products, services or conduct. To the extent the law allows, County Fare is not liable for any loss that comes from using the site or from your dealings with a listed farm.

If you run a listed farm

You can ask us at any time to correct or update your listing, remove your image or logo, or remove your listing entirely. Email hello@countyfare.org and we’ll handle it promptly.

Information and images you send us for your listing: please only send what you have the right to share, and by sending it you allow us to display it on County Fare. Farm names, logos and images belong to the farms.

Report a problem

Something wrong in a listing, or content you believe shouldn’t be here, including anything that infringes your copyright? Tell us at hello@countyfare.org with the listing and what’s wrong. We’ll look into it and remove content if needed.

Using the site

Please don’t:

  • copy, scrape or download the directory in bulk, by automated means or otherwise
  • republish the directory or build a competing database from it
  • interfere with the site’s operation or security, or try to access areas that aren’t public
  • use the site for anything unlawful or to harm farms, visitors or the site

Looking up and sharing individual listings is welcome.

Our content

The site’s design, text and the way the directory is compiled and organized belong to County Fare. Information farms publish about themselves remains theirs.

Availability

County Fare is free. We may add, change, pause or end parts of the site at any time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We’ll change the date at the top, and for significant changes post a notice on the site. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States.
